Renee Howe – Office Manager

Renee Howe, OKC Smiles’ office manager since 2009, gives new meaning to the phrase, “big things come in little packages”. Renee’s high energy level, bigger-than-life personality, and dynamic leadership style all compliment her petite stature. One moment Renee is a coach and confidant to team members then turns around and addresses financial and treatment concerns with patients and their families.

Renee’s background in mass communications and marketing serves her well as the team leader at OKC Smiles. Dr. Murray attributes much of his success to the managerial perfection of Renee.

Residing in Chickasha, Oklahoma, Renee loves spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and son, Carson. Renee takes her cheerleading skills from the office to the nearest baseball field or basketball court wherever Carson is playing. Renee and her family are active at Sharon Baptist Church near Chickasha.

Renee loves connecting on a personal level with all our patients and prides herself in offering true excellence in every aspect of dental care.

Nancy Torres – Business Assistant

If you’ve ever visited our office, chances are you’ve met Nancy—and you probably left with a smile. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel instantly comfortable, whether she’s greeting you at the front desk or helping out in the treatment room.

Raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma, Nancy is known for her friendly nature and genuine dedication to helping others. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and truly cared for.

Outside the office, Nancy enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband and family. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a valuable part of our team.

Layla Kerr – Business Assistant

Chelsey Adams RDH

With a passion for healthy smiles and patient care, Chelsey has been a dedicated dental hygienist for over 13 years. Known for a gentle touch and a friendly approach, she prioritizes patient comfort while delivering thorough cleanings, preventative care, and oral health education.

Chelsey graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Human Environmental Sciences in 2008 and the University of Oklahoma dental hygiene program in 2012. She continues to stay current with the latest in dental hygiene practices and technology through continuing education. Whether it’s helping ease dental anxiety or teaching kids about brushing and flossing, Chelsey is committed to making every dental visit a positive experience.

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and her two children, Eli and Amelia. As a family they enjoy hunting, fishing and being outside.

Brooklyn Neal RDH

With over 7 years of experience at OKC Smiles, I’m passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during every visit. One of the things I love most about our office is our heart for service—we’re not just a dental team, we’re a mission-minded community. I’ve even had the incredible opportunity to travel to Peru with our team to provide dental care to those in need.

Outside the office, I stay busy with my husband of nearly 10 years and our two wonderful daughters. Whether I’m at home or at work, caring for others is at the heart of everything I do.

Dominic Othon RDH

Dominic is a dedicated dental hygienist and graduate of the OU College of Dentistry.

She takes pride in helping individuals improve their oral hygiene while also promoting overall wellness.

Through outreach and personalized care, she strives to empower her community with the knowledge and tools needed for lifelong health.

Outside of her professional work, Dominic enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling, always seeking new experiences that enrich her perspective and connection with others.

Darian Aplin RDH

With over 10 years of experience in the dental field—starting as a dental assistant and later working as a business assistant—she brings a well-rounded, compassionate approach to patient care. Now, as a registered dental hygienist, Darian combines her clinical skills with a calm, friendly presence to help you feel comfortable and confident during every visit.

She’s passionate about educating patients, making sure you feel heard, and giving you the tools you need to take care of your smile at home. Whether it’s your first appointment or you’ve been coming for years, Darian’s goal is to make every experience a positive one.

Outside the office, you’ll find her traveling, reading, working out, watching OU football, or spending quality time with her husband and family.

Tracy Odell

Tracy Odell brings over 17 years of experience as a dental assistant to our team. She is known for her warm, caring nature and her ability to help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Tracy has a true passion for patient care and takes pride in forming genuine connections with everyone who walks through our doors.

Originally from Lindsay, Oklahoma, Tracy is deeply rooted in the community and values the relationships she builds both inside and outside the office. She is the proud mother of four children and grandmother to eleven grandchildren, who keep her life full of joy and activity. When she’s not assisting patients, you’ll likely find her at the softball field or spending quality time with her grandbabies.

Tracy is a valued member of our team, and we’re grateful for the compassion, experience, and positive energy she brings to the practice every day.

Kennady Sisson

Kennady Sisson has been apart of our team since August of 2024. She is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and finds great fulfillment in helping them feel happy and confident during their dental visits. Her friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone she meets.

Kennady is currently furthering her education at Rose State College, where she is pursuing a career in dental hygiene. Her commitment to growing in the field reflects her deep dedication to providing the highest level of care.

Outside of the office, Kennady enjoys traveling, spending her summers at the lake and exploring her creative side through watercolor painting. Her positive energy and compassionate approach make her a valued member of our team.

Teegyn Rankin

Teegyn Rankin is a skilled dental assistant with two years of experience in the field. She has a natural gift for connecting with patients—especially those who experience dental anxiety—and takes pride in being a calming, supportive presence during their visits. Teegyn is passionate about building trust and turning patients into lifelong members of the dental family.

Known for her fun and spunky personality, Teegyn brings positive energy to the office every day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, going on hikes, and taking road trips to explore new places.

Her warm heart and uplifting spirit make her a special part of our team.

Jessica Leyva

Jessica Leyva is a compassionate dental assistant who loves being part of a team that truly feels like family. One of her favorite things about her role is the supportive culture of the office and how everyone works together to create a comfortable, welcoming space for patients. She finds it especially rewarding to help people feel more confident in their smiles.

Jessica is very family-oriented and values time spent with her loved ones. In her free time, she enjoys running, staying active, and finding moments to unwind and recharge.
